Two major home additions and remodeling projects featured here include a 1400 sq ft addition to an existing 1920’s 1800 sq ft house in West Linn. The project included a new entry and wrap around front porch, an attached garage, new kitchen, walk-in pantry, guest bath, a new office, nursery, laundry room and master suite. The entire house got a makeover with new siding windows, paint and roof. The house went from 7 single pane 1920’s windows to 22 new Marvin doublehungs. Talk about natural light and home energy savings.
The second major project featured here was a North Portland remodel. This project included adding on a garage, installing new windows and trim, removing interior walls for an open floor plan, installing hardwood floors and hardwood stairs, painting the exterior and installing a new roof.
